After having become the official manufacturer of powder authorized for production and sales of 3D printing equipment in Airbus high-resistance aluminum alloy in 2024, Zhongti’s new materials have again made efforts on the international market and recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with California Metals, a high-end material company in the United States.
The two parties will join forces to launch metal powders in recycling at 100% of raw materials, and will jointly widen the world market with the “double brand model”, in particular the in -depth arrangement in North America, a strategic height.
Innovative cooperation to promote the manufacture of green additives
This cooperation incorporates a deep accumulation of California Metal in the field of metal solutions with low carbon content and with the technical advantages of the new Zhongti materials in the recycling and manufacturing of metal powder. The objective is to directly point out the pain points of three large industries: to reduce material waste, reduce carbon emissions, improve production efficiency and compress manufacturing costs.
In the early stages of cooperation, the two parties will jointly launch two green and high performance metal powder materials:
– alsi10mg: an aluminum alloy powder with excellent casting properties, wear resistance and corrosion resistance
– TI6AL4V: a titanium alloy powder with high resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance
It should be mentioned that these two products are 100% recycled raw materials, but their mechanical properties and their treatment adaptability are comparable to traditional native powders. While achieving sustainable manufacturing, they guarantee stable and reliable performance of parts.
Currently, these two green metal powders have been widely used in many high -end fields, including: aerospace, car sports, consumer electronics and manufacturing of luxury products. With their excellent mechanical properties, their stability of treatment and their environmental conviviality, they have become the ideal material choice for many companies to achieve the ESG sustainable development objectives.
Responding to the impact of prices, the Chinese universities new materials accelerate its location arrangement
On April 2, 2025, the United States announced the imposition of “reciprocal prices” on the main business partners, including prices up to 34% on China, including metal powder products, which undoubtedly brought new challenges of foreign trade to Chinese manufacturers.
