Additionally, GrabCAD Print software has added an emissions estimation function to help users better assess and optimize environmental impacts.
Sustainability trends facing the industry
At the industrial level, Stratasys’ efforts are not limited to itself. The industrial cooperation it promotes also gives new impetus to a green future. For example, Seurat Technologies cooperated with 6K Additive to apply 316L stainless steel powder to additive manufacturing, using the efficient and environmentally friendly UniMelt process to reduce energy consumption and emissions, which achieved a production rate of over 90%, significantly reducing emissions compared to traditional methods.

At the same time, relevant UK policy reports recommend the need to strengthen recycling and reuse of key materials to support battery and alloy production and reduce reliance on imported resources.
Stratasys demonstrates its practices to address sustainability challenges in the field of additive manufacturing through ESG reporting and associated metrics. In the future, the company plans to continue exploring technologies that can reduce environmental impact and promote industrial cooperation to solve global environmental protection and resource utilization issues.
