At a price of 45,000 euros! The first mobile RV printed in 3D in the world is on sale

On April 29, 2025, according to the Library of Resources, recently, the Ukrainian startup -German Lemki Robotix, joined an expert in German 3D printing ISCALE3D, to officially publish the first 3D printed mobile house in the world – 3D Discover.

This revolutionary VR uses advanced fusion particles manufacturing technology (FGF), made from recycled polypropylene (equivalent to around 7,400 plastic bottles) and a fiberglass composite material, which considerably improves structural resistance while reaching light weight.

Compared to traditional manufacturing methods, discovering 3D not only shortens the production cycle, but also effectively reduces manufacturing costs, opening a new path for large -scale mass production of environmentally friendly housing.

Structural design that combines light and durability

Discover 3D RV uses the Kuka robot system and the owner control software for printing, with a maximum printing size of 3200 × 3200 × 8000 mm, which can produce large and durable structural parts.

The entire vehicle housing weighs only 250 kg and adopts a reinforced 7 mm thick reinforced wall design, offering excellent resistance and durability. The aerodynamic form reduces not only wind resistance, improves the efficiency of the drag, but also optimizes more the stability of driving. At the same time, 80% of VR materials can be recycled, fully reflecting the concept of environmental protection.

To meet the external and out -of -network life needs, Discover 3D is equipped with an independent battery system, an interface compatible in solar panel and intelligent sensors to monitor temperature, water level and real -time energy consumption. The interior is reasonably arranged, equipped with a comfortable sleep zone, compact kitchen and multifunction storage space, and improves life comfort thanks to an effective thermal insulation design, which can accommodate up to three people.

3D printing technology helps sustainable housing development

Lemki Robotix said that the 3D Discover had been ordered in the fourth quarter of 2024, with the starting price of the basic model at 45,000 euros.

With the continuous advancement of 3D printing technology, Lemki Robotix plans to extend the mass production scale of 3D discovers in the future, and continuously optimize processes and conceptions, and undertakes to provide more economical and environmentally friendly mobile housing solutions for the global market.
