The manufacturer of the Polish 3D printer Sinterit recently published his latest 3D office shout printer (selective sintering laser). This product is the fourth generation model of the company, mainly intended for professional and industrial users.
According to the resource library, Suzy’s printing speed is 35% faster than the previous generation Lisa X, and the price is 17,590 euros, which is 20% cheaper than the previous generation. The device is optimized specifically for PA12 materials commonly used, with print precision maintained at 75 microns. The company said it had made cost reductions by simplifying non -essential functions such as nitrogen tanks.
The CEO of Sinterit, Albert Klein, said that the company planned to launch a new generation of products every three years to continuously improve performance and reduce costs. Last year, the company reduced the price of 3D printed powdered materials by 60%.
In terms of market strategy, Sinterit will both sell new and old models at the same time. The new Suzy focuses on the rapid printing of PA12 materials, while the old Lisa X continues to meet the needs of scientific and educational users who need a variety of materials, and the price remains unchanged.
It should be noted that the company launched the mid -range model Nils 480 in 2021, but then adjusted its market strategy. The sales director said that competition on the market in medium -sized and large SLS printers is too fierce and that the profit margin is limited.
Technically, Suzy adopts an improved laser control system and a thermal management module. The director of company technology said that new products had condensed decades of technological accumulation. Financial data shows that despite the overall slowdown in industry last year, the company maintained its stable operations through business restructuring.
It is reported that Suzy will mainly support PA12 materials at an early stage and plans to increase the support of materials such as polypropylene in the future. The first batch of equipment should be delivered to the fourth quarter of this year.
Industry observers have stressed that the profitability advantage of this product can attract smaller and medium -sized companies to try SLS technology. However, some experts have also said that competition on the 3D printing market is becoming more and more fierce and that the real performance of new products still require market tests.
